Prestonwood Christian head coach Donnie Yantis just wanted his team to get the most out of its non-district schedule before beginning the most demanding part of its season. A variety of circumstances prevented that from happening Friday night. Prestonwood Christian hosted Little Elm for a highly anticipated non-district game after Little Elm quarterback and Tulane commit Kellen Tasby transferred to the TAPPS school in the offseason. With Little Elm leading 28-14 at the half, both teams went into the locker room — but neither returned to the field that night to finish the game.
